Crushing processing,as the first stage of one complete ore beneficiation production plant,is very important. When we plan to invest in mineral beneficiation industry, we need to crush the raw mineral to small size,until it is able to be ground by the mill (or grinding machines).

It is well known that the raw mineral deposit is usually hidden in the big mountain or deep ground. Usually, people use driller drill many deep holes in the mountain and then put in the dynamite and blast it. The big mineral lumps will be knocked into small pieces by hydraulic hammer and the small ones will be dig out by excavator and transported to the crushing plant by dumping trucks.

To one stationary crushing plant, the dumping trucks will dump the mineral to steel hopper,which is installed in cement foundation or steel structure.
One vibrating feeder will be assembled under the hopper and it will feed the mineral stones to the subsequent jaw crusher, which is able to crush all kinds of hard mineral stones to small sizes. Meanwhile, the dust will be separated by the vibrating feeder, it is good for improve the quality of the crushed products and avoid too much dust pollution.
